CBI Custody to Jagan

It is another bad day for Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy. The Andhra Pradesh High court allowed him for CBI custody for five days. The YSR Congres Party president was arrested by CBI on May 27 in illegal assets case. However, the High court dismissed Jagan’s petition on his arrest. Jagan will be in CBI custody until June 7. On Friday the CBI special court also refused to grant interim bail till June 10 as sought by the petitioner to enable him to lead the campaign on behalf of his party candidates contesting the by-elections. Jagan will be enquired about his assets by CBI for these five days in the presence of two lawyers.
